Fadi is an accomplished leader, originally from Jordan, with 15+ years of experience in business development and management for international companies in Saudi Arabia and beyond. He has a BSc in marketing and has proven his skills in generating revenue, increasing productivity, and securing new business opportunities.

As a leader, Fadi excels at developing persuasive product presentations and expanding the organization’s presence in competing markets. He is adept at leading multicultural teams to establish professional relationships with multifaceted groups, evolving into strong and cohesive teams. Sakher is an accomplished Jordanian senior systems engineer with over twenty years of international experience. He holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering. Currently contracted to Palo Alto Networks, one of the world’s best cybersecurity corporations, he has been working remotely and covers a vast region of the Middle East. Pre-COVID, Sakher travelled worldwide to attend meetings and work on projects. 

Sakher’s experience with high-level customer engagement, pre- and after-sales activities, and superior knowledge in networking and cybersecurity make him the ideal technical backbone to the D-Harmony platform. In addition, he has also gained experience in IT investment, and tech start-up with his own mobile platform, Karti, available on Google Play and the App Store, which allows users to exchange digital money.

Sakher is highly adept at international cybersecurity protocols and network engineering. He knows how to build functional and secure systems from the ground up in adverse contexts and is an extremely hard worker. He loves initializing and executing challenging projects and looks forward to another start-up venture. 

Hiba is a Jordanian office manager who has spent most of her almost 20-year professional life in management roles within foreign diplomatic missions in Saudi Arabia.  She graduated with a BA in Modern Languages (English and German) and has excellent communication skills. 

Hiba is an incredibly detail-oriented manager used to operating within extreme levels of scrutiny, with high expectations. She can liaise between many different departments, cultures, and operational mandates to achieve the desired outcomes. 

Nizar is a Lebanese entrepreneur with an 18-year professional track record spanning technology, behavioral economy, and consumer growth. He is the founder of several start-ups and has been an active mentor to other entrepreneurs on their way to success. Nizar holds a BSc in Management Information Systems and believes in sharing knowledge to extend and pass on years of valuable experience and learning.
